Pat's specialty granola is healthy and yummy. Mix with yogurt, eat it as a cereal, or put it on top of you pancakes with fruit.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Soy nuts
  • 3/4 cup Local Honey
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Wheat Germ
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 3/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup Hot Water

Directions

Mix honey, oil, and hot water together and pour over the dry ingredients. Bake at 250 degrees for 1-1.5 hours, tossing every 20 minutes.
