Cod Fish & Potato Croquet's

Yield:

8-10

1-  Package Salted Cod Fish ( Soak Overnight ) Pour water off 2 time within the 24 hour Period

3-  Large Russett Potatoes (Boiled until Done and Can be Slightly under Cooked ) 

1-  Teaspoon of Curry Powder

1-  Teaspoon of Cumin Powder

1/2 -Teaspoon Paprika 

1/2 -Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 

1- Small Jalapeno Pepper (Minced) or

1/2 -Teaspoon Dryed Crushed Red Peppers

1/2- Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2- Teaspoon Yellow Mustard

1/2- Stick of Butter

3- Large Eggs ( Beaten in 1/3 Cup Milk )

Bowl Up:

1. Squeeze water from Cod Fish , separate and place in a    Bowl

2. Mix All Ingredients together with Hand Mixer 

3. Mixture should be Thick not Runny

Frying Time:

1> Large Frying Pan 

2> Pour Oil ( Your Choice ) in pan 2 Inches in Height

3> Let pan get Hot and stay Hot ( but don't burn the Oil)

4> Spoon in Mixture to desired size you'd like your          Croquet's then Fry until Golden Brown 

5> Place on Paper Towel then move to Plate

Please, Taste before cooking and serving may need a little Salt, however remember your working with Salted Cod .This Recipe is a little Spicy and I love it . May be served with a Honey Mustard Mixture
