Breakfast Cookies

From LOBENHAUS BED & BREAKFAST & VINEYARD
Large bowl:
1 cup flour
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Small bowl:
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. bkg. pdr.
1 tsp. soda

Mixer:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup yellow Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Add flour mixture (mixer)

Add Krispie mixture (by hand)

Drop tsp. ...cookie sheet
(sometimes tricky to get them to stick together, may make balls in hand)

Bake 350 about 8 minutes

Yield: approx. - 7 dozen
