Hill Farm Inn Granola

1 cup raw rolled oats
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup banana chips
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup brown sugar

Place oats and nuts in large, heavy skillet; place over medium-low heat and roast for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add wheat germ, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, banana chips, and cranberries. Continue to stir and dry roast for 10 minutes. Add brown sugar; stir and roast for 2 more minutes. Cool; store in airtight container.
