Crescent Cookies

1 cup cornstarch

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups flour, sifted

3 sticks margarine or butter

1/2 cup finely ground nuts

Sift dry ingredients together. Blend in margarine and nuts. Chill, then roll dough out to about 1/8 inch thick. Use your choice of cookie cutter, or shape by hand into crescents. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

These cookies are very rich; they literally melt in your mouth!
