Oyster Pie

From HARBOR HOUSE BED & BREAKFAST
2 pints oysters
2 rolls crushed Ritz Crackers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cup whipping cream
Worcestershire

Saute celery and onion in butter. Drain oysters and mix with Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Add saute vegetables. Layer Ritz crackers and oysters. Pour over cream. Dollop with 6 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
