Cream Cheese QuicheFrom HAMILTON HOUSE BED & BREAKFAST
8oz cream cheese, softened
6oz crabmeat or ham, optional
½ c sliced green onions
½ c milk or cream
½ t dill weed
½ t lemon/pepper seasoning
Mix all ingredients in electric mixer until well blended.
Pour in to greased single serving ramekins.
Bake at 350* until golden and “puffed”, about 30 minutes.
