Cranberry Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat together butter and sugars until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats, craisins, and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool. 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
Note: I tend to make bigger cookies using my small muffin scoop to measure dough (about 2-3 TBSP). Bake 14 minutes. This recipe makes about 27 bigger cookie
