Grandison Candlelight Chicken Dinner

This is a Grandison guest favorite.

2 average size chicken breasts
3/4 Cup apricot jam
1/4 Cup apricot brandy
1 tbs butter
fresh parsley to taste (optional)

Prepare the chicken breasts any way you like, grilled works best for us. While the chicken is cooking, combine apricot jam, brandy, and butter in a pan heating slowly until smooth. Pour mixture over prepared chicken.

Another option is to heat 1 cup of Rapsberry Chipotle dressing found at most Sam's Club. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve. Yum!!
