Grand Anne Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 26 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 1 pound favorite sausage blend
  • 1 can mushrooms, small pieces
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • 2 ¼ cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Directions

In large skillet brown sausage and drain.  In large bowl mix sausage, hash browns and the rest of the above ingredients.  Pour into greased baking dishes.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until set and bubbly, approximately 30-40 minutes.  Great for a breakfast buffet.  Will yield approximately 20-24 servings.  Cut in half to serve 10-12 people.
