Grand Anne Ham Souffle



  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup half and half
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  •   Mild cheddar cheese
  •   Chopped baked ham
  •   Chopped chives


Mix eggs, half and half, lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder together and measure into four  8 ounce individual baking dishes.  Add two tablespoons chopped ham to each dish.  Add one tablespoon mild cheddar cheese to top of each dish mixture.  Sprinkle with chopped chives.  Bake at 350 until soufflés are light brown and fully puffed and toothpick comes out clean.  Serve immediately with buttered peppered ham or sausage patties.
