GATEWAY'S BREAKFAST DISH
From GATEWAY BED AND BREAKFASTSpray a 9 x13 dish with PAM
8 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
Tear up pieces of bread and place in bottom of pan
Brown sausage, drained and place on top of bread
Place cheese on top of above
Mix eggs & milk and pour over the above
Place in refrigerator all night
Next morning, pour 1- 10 oz. can mushroom soup over the top.
Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour
