Individual Egg Casseroles

350 degree oven, or 335 convection
(5 servings, small individual ramekin dishes)
6 eggs, lightly beaten
8-9 slices of buttered bread
1/2 - 1 cup crumbled bacon, sausage or ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 - 2 cups milk

Mix bacon, cheese, salt & pepper. In another bowl beat eggs and add milk. Add both bowls together. Refrigerate overnight. Spray casseroles with Pam & fill 3/4 full with the egg mixture. Cook approximately 20 or more minutes, set aside and garnish with parsley. (Note: The casserole rises, but will fall quickly). Delicious served with baked apples and biscuits.
