Grilled French Toast

From THE FAIRTHORNE COTTAGE BED & BREAKFAST
1 Loaf store brand Italian bread (bread should be a least 1 day old)
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups half & half
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Blueberry All Fruit Spread

Slice bread on a diagonal about 1 1/2 inches thick then slice in center to create a pocket.
Spread one slide of pocket with cream cheese and the other side with about 1 Tbsp. of jam.
Put eggs, half & half, and vanilla in blender to mix. Pour over sliced French Toast. Soak overnight.
Grill on both sides about 10 mins. Brush each slice with melted butter.
Drizzle Knottā€™s Berry Farm Blackberry Syrup on top. Then fresh sliced strawberries.
Serve with sausage.
