Grandma Hattie Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions
1 c Butter, softened
1 c granulated sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 tbs milk
1 c oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
4 c flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 12-oz package chocolate chips
Cream together butter and sugars. Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla and mix well. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by the teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
