Orange Yogurt Pancakes
From DEVONFIELD INN, AN ENGLISH COUNTRY ESTATEMakes 4 double servings
Ingredients 1/3 cup Orange juice Beat egg and add to orange juice, yogurt, and melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix in orange rind. Carefully drop large tablespoonful on hot buttered griddle. Flip when bubbly and browned on bottom. They are done when browned on both sides. Serve with maple syrup or sliced strawberries sprinkled with Confectioners sugar. Or Serve with Strawberry syrup: place strawberries, triple sec, pinch of sugar in a food processor. |
