Cranberry Bread

From COUNTRY COTTAGE OF LANGLEY
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup orange juice
2 cups cranberries, cut in half
3/4 cup walnuts

Mix ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serves: 8
Per serving: 286 Calories, 3g fat (9% calories from fat), 5g protein, 61g carbohydrate, 24mg cholesterol, 236mg sodium.
