Bananna Bread
From COUNTRY COTTAGE OF LANGLEY
Ingredients: 3 bananas, mashed 1 Tablespoon milk 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon juice Beat eggs, butter, and sugar together. Combine dry ingredients. Mix bananas, milk, lemon juice, and egg/sugar mixture and add to flour mixture; mix slightly and add nuts if desired. Bake in buttered loaf pan for 1-1/4 hours at 325 to 375 degrees.
