Coob Lane B*B Sausage Croissant Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 containers Pillsbury Croissant Dough; in refrigerated case at market
  • 1 packet Ground Sausage; (Recommend Jimmy Dean,
  • 1 container Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar or Other Favorite Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray pam on bottom of 1 glass rectangular pan, about 9" x 12" size
3. Open 1 container croissant dough, spread it out on bottom of glass pan
4. Cook the sauage, drain off all juice/oils, remove from stove top
5. Fold in cream cheese into the hot cooked sauge until the cream cheese melts
6. Spoon the sauage mixture onto the croissant dough in the glass pan, getting to all sides
7. Open 1 container croissant dough, apread it out on top of the sausage mixture
8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese onto top of dough
9. Cook 45-50 minutes until golden brown
10.Knife placed in center should come out clean when done
11.Let cool 15 minutes before slicing
12.Slice into 8 square portions, then each portion into 2 triangules, arrange diagonally on plate
Tips: Suggest adding scrambled eggs, fresh fruit to the plate plus juice and coffee/tea
