8This is a delightful first course or appetizer. Light, refreshing and elegant.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Lump Crab Meat
- 1 Avocado, Chopped
- 1 Mango, Chopped
- 1 Red Pepper, Seeded and Chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Tbl Chives, Minced
- Pinch Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 Tsps Ground Cumin
- 2 Tsps Hungarian Paprika
- 2 Tsps Harissa Paste
- 2 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbl Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Tbl Italian Parsley, Chopped
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste. Chill completely for one hour prior to serving.
