Royal Eggs and Cheese

From CASTLE IN THE COUNTRY BED & BREAKFAST INN
  1. Spray glass baking cups with vegetable oil.
  2. Fill ¾ full with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Break 1 egg on top of cheese, break yolk slightly.
  4. Sprinkle light cream over egg (about 1 tablespoon).
  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt, parsley and minced onion.
  6. Fill cup with additional cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes - or until eggs are firm.
