Sedona Sunrise Granola
From CASA SEDONA BED AND BREAKFAST INNDirections
1 box rolled oats
3/4 c. sunflower seeds, unsalted
1 1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 t. salt
1 T. almond extrac
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with mixture of water, oil, salt, and extract. Stir to combine. After baking, cool & store in freezer bags; stays fresh in freezer up to 3 months. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
