Baked Peach Pancake

Servings 4

1/8 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. bisquick
3/8 c. milk
2 eggs

1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/8 c. sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Melt 2 TBS butter in 9" pie pan
Arrange peach slices in pie pan
Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs
Pour batter over the peaches
Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture over the batter
Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Cut & Serve.

Honey Raisin Syrup
Heat all ingredients over medium heat
Pour over pancake or serve on the side

Mix sugar & cinnamon
