6 eggs 1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
6 Tbsps butter (melted)
2 cups flour
Grease Pyrex custard cups and place on sheet pan. Beat eggs; ad salt, milk and butter. Mix in flour (do not over mix - leave lumpy). Fill greased custard cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes (depending on quantity) until golden brown.
For best results make batter a day ahead and refrigerate.
