Hermannhof's Fasching Ball Rice Dressing
From THE INN AT HERMANNHOF
Directions
In an electric roaster - cook broth to 350 degrees or to boil.
4 qt. Water
4 qt. Chicken broth
Add this to broth:
1 1/2 c oil
4 lbs Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice
1/3 c. salt
3 T paprika
2 T pepper
4 c chopped chicken giblets
1 1/2 c chopped chicken liver if desired
Bring to boil in roaster, then turn down to 250 degrees and steam for one hour or until rice is tender. Do not stir after you turn down the heat. Makes about 100 servings. Recipe, may be divided for smaller servings.
