Breakfast Pudding
From 1877 HOUSE COUNTRY INN BED & BREAKFAST
3 cup milk
1/2 cup cream of wheat
1/2 cup cream of wheat
Stir with whisk over medium heat until thick.
1/3 cup sugar - add and stir to dissolve.
2 eggs - add and stir thoroughly.
2 teaspoons almond extract - add and remove from heat.
Pour into 6 dessert dishes. Can top with fruit or preserves to serve.
