Oceanfront Inn on an 82 foot buff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Agate Beach. Views from Yaquina Head to Nye Beach affording spectacular sunsets.
The Inn is designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. There are common spaces for gathering and others that lend themselves to peaceful intimacy. The generous, comfortable living room is complete with a large inviting fireplace, plush seating and spacious window views of the ocean. Our window seat is the perfect place for reading or playing cards. A secondary smaller lounge lends itself to quiet conversation, reading, chess, or working on the house jigsaw puzzle. The dining room is where everyone gathers for breakfast as strangers and leave as friends. It is also home to the complimentary beverage bar which throughout the day is available with hot beverages: coffee, teas, cocoas, and spiced cider. There is a small refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and plenty of room to store your snacks. A microwave is also available as well as an ice maker. Treat yourself to popcorn or our fabulous homemade cookies. Complimentary wine from the Oregon and Washington regions are also available each evening. We do offer television sets with DVD players for movies (upon request). Books, magazines, games, puzzles and free Wi-Fi are available for your enjoyment. Outdoor relaxation is a big part of the costal experience. Our garden has something blooming almost year round. Pathways allow for leisurely walks through the garden to decks with seating overlooking the breathtaking views of the ocean. A private path through the shore pines leads you to miles of sandy beach and tide pools. A wood burning fire on our largest deck on the edge of the bluff enhances any evening. Great restaurants and shopping are only one mile south as we are in the Agate Beach residential area. There are at least two areas dedicated to shops and restaurants: one on Nye Beach, and the other named the Bayfront at the Harbor.
