The fun only begins at the trails, because this park offers a variety of things to do. Fishing for bluegill, rainbow and golden trout, catfish and largemouth bass in Punderson Lake is popular, and boats with electric motors are allowed on the lake. There are also two smaller fishing lakes. A 600-foot public beach is located on the shore of Punderson Lake. 

If golf is your thing, there is an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole disc golf course. If you are staying in a Mantua Inn during the winter months, this park offers a lighted sledding hill, cross country ski trails, snowmobile trails and even dog sled trails.
