Run by the Costa family since 1946, Art's Dune Tours offers Daily Tours that highlight sand dunes on the Provincetown Cape Cod National Seashore protected lands. The trips begin at 10 am and end with a special sunset tour at around 5:30 pm. The rates are $25 for adults and $17 for children age 6 to 11. Before heading back to your Provincetown inn, enjoy their Sunset Tours and New England style clam bakes set on a Provincetown beach, with the meal served picnic style. The rate for the Sunset Tour with the clam bake is $85 for adults and $60 for children age 6 to 11. Besides those tours, they also offer Race Point Lighthouse Tours for Fridays and Sundays at $32 for adults and $25 for children age 6 to 11; and Surf Fishing Tours for $75 for adults and $50 for children age 6 to 11.

Go aboard the Sea Gypsy and enjoy a treasure hunting voyage with Cape Cod Pirate Adventures. Perfect for families with children age 3 to 10, the adventure starts with pirate tattoos and face painting. Then, the fun begins: sashes are donned; flags are hoisted; water cannons are blasted; maps are read and so on. No need to worry about your children's safety as their captains are US Coast Guard licensed and trained in both first aid and CPR. Sailing daily from June 17th until Labor Day, they have 6 excursions: 10 am, 11:30 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm and 5:30 pm. The ticket price is $22 per person, regardless of age and reservations are required. They can also be chartered for birthday parties, with packages from $575 to $675.

If you're on a Provincetown beach anytime between April and October, do not miss the chance to go on Cape Cod's premier whale watch. Lasting for 3 to 4 hours, each trip features an array educational tools that will provide visitors with an understanding and appreciation of the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary and its wildlife. Visitors will have the opportunity to see humpback whales, finback whales, minke whales, sei whales, pilot whales, dolphins and porpoises. However, in the unlikely event that there were no whale sightings during your trip, you are guaranteed a free ticket for a future trip. The rates are $39 for adults, $31 for children age 12 and under, free for children under 5. Senior citizens get a $3 discount and so does each adult in large groups.
