This restaurant offers three seating areas for patrons including outdoor porch seating, the lower-level raw bar and lounge seating that accommodates up to 50 people, and an upper dining room for up to 100 people, featuring panoramic views of the marina and Intracoastal Waterway. Florida newspapers like the Sarasota Herald Tribune have dubbed The Crow's Nest 'a landmark restaurant' giving it numerous awards over the years. The restaurant owners chose the name of Sharky's due to Venice, Florida being the "Shark Tooth Capital of the World." This restaurant is near to many of the local Venice inns, offering amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Some of Sharky's signature menu items include grouper sandwiches, crab-stuffed mushrooms, coconut shrimp and lobster-stuffed flounder. Bogey's is the best place in town to catch any kind of sports-related event for it features 32 TVs, 12 satellites and the "NTN" network of interactive game play. Happy hour is offered twice daily and Bogey's boasts more than 15 brands of draft beer. Some of its signature menu items include New York style pizzas that are 16 inches in diameter, chicken quesadillas, hamburgers, meatloaf and the Superbowl favorite - steak and fries.
