Conn Creek provides many of the best artistic, library and regional wines in St. Helena. You can experience two types of tastings at Conn Creek. The regular tasting room is open daily and no appointments are necessary. The Ava Barrel tasting room is only open on certain days and appointments are required. However, your experience at the Ava Barrel tasting is much more in-depth than the regular tasting. You learn how to make special blends. Afterward, you take home a bottle of any blend you make. Tamber Bey is well-known for its handcrafted wines. The estate is privately owned and provides tastings between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. You can sit indoors at the bar or venture outdoors to the patio to view the city. You also have the opportunity to purchase what you sample. Tours at the owner's other estate are possible by making an appointment. The Oakville Estate is located outside of Yountville.
