The Aldridge Gardens used to be the property of Eddie and Kay Aldridge. This 30-acre garden features a wide stretch of woodland and selections of hydrangeas and native plants. Go on a half-mile hike with your family around the beautiful lake. You can also have a picnic under one of the picnic shades on the lake shore. There are many events that take place at this site, including art exhibitions, concerts, seminars and plant sales. It's an attraction that can be found on the corner of Rocky Ridge Ranch Road and Lorna Road.

To have an educational journey, take your family to the Smith Harrison Museum, nestled inside the Mildred B. Harrison Library Building. You'll find the second largest collection of artifacts and memorabilia about George and Martha Washington here. Letters, silver, portraits and personal items are well preserved inside this museum.
