Bike Inn/Bike out (01/01/2010 thru 10/31/2010) Trail biking, mountain biking, road biking or backcountry biking - its all here in north Pocahontas Country. Youll be distracted by the incomparable beauty of Pocahontas County, with 800 miles of trails over mountain peaks, across rivers and an occasional waterfall.
Bike and stay with us - we will provide for all of your needs which includes hearty breakfast, warm country dinner and a great place to sleep and unwind after a day on the trails for a price of $155 for two guests. Additional person is $45.
The Greenbrier River Trail, a 78 mile long trail along the Greenbrier River, is only 3 miles from us and can be accessed from our Inn on your bike. The West Fork Trail, in the northernmost part of the county, is 26 miles long and follows the Greenbrier River as well. Cranberry Wilderness Area offers backcountry biking, located in the Mononghela National Forest, with a good portion of the trails blocked to cars and motorized vehicles.After dinner, gather around the campfire pit at the Inn and enjoy the cool evenings, the warm reception from your hosts Larry and Paula and the hot coals of the campfire.
We can also provide shuttle service, as needed.

Train Days at the Inn (04/01/2010 thru 10/31/2010) The Cass Railroad Shay steam engines will be running up the mountain. The Durbin Rocket Excursion Train is set to pull out of the station.
Come and stay with us in one of our guestrooms with private bath; ride either/or the Cass RR or the Durbin Rocket. We will provide a carry-on lunch to take with you on the train Bring your camera for the scenic views you will encounter and a jacket for the cool temperatures (even in the middle of summer) you will experience at the top of the mountain.
In the evening after the train ride, gather around the campfire pit at the Inn and enjoy the cool evenings, the warm reception from your hosts Larry and Paula and the hot coals of the campfire.
Two guests stay for one night, full country breakfast, a bag lunch and tickets to ride either train for total package price, including taxes, of $180. Third person is additional $60.
