Rates:

• Bedroom w/private bath - $75
  
• Bedroom w/shared bath - $65
  
• Loft (sleeps 4) - $100 one couple
  

All prices are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast for two. We charge $25 per night for each additional person 13 years or older staying in the Loft or room and $12.50 additional for ages 8 to 12 . Children under 8 stay free. On holidays we require a minimum stay of 2 nights and full payment is required 5 days before arrival.

• Check-In time: 4 p.m.
  
• Check-Out time: 11 a.m.
  
• We require a 25% deposit (holidays 50%)
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation received up to 14 days prior to arrival: We will refund your full deposit minus $15.00 service fee.
  
• Cancellation received 7 to 13 days before your arrival: We will refund 50% of your deposit or give a rain check up to 6 months.
  
• Cancellations received 6 days before and not less than 24 hours before your arrival: No refund.
  
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours before your arrival or no cancellation: We will charge you one full night per room reserved.
