Built in 1895, The Old Carriage House B&B is located in the historical district of Parkersburg, WV. The home is full of antiques and has kept the charm of the Victorian era of the early 1900's. The original carriage house is still a part of the property. This carriage house was a home of Joseph Dubar. Joseph Dubar designed the state seal of West Virginia.
