Waupun is located in Southeast Wisconsin on the border of Dodge and Fond du Lac County. Each August, Waupun holds the Trucker's Jamboree, a salute to truckers marked by a lengthy procession of big rigs down main street. During the winter, the Wild Goose State Trail provides over 30 miles of ATV and snowmoblie opportunities. However, the fun is year round as the trail is dedicated to hiking and biking as weather permits. The nearby Horicon Marsh is one of the most notable marshlands in North America and not to be missed. Waupun is known for a few popular sculptures located throughout town. The most famous of these, "The End of the Trail," commemorates the plight of Native Americans in the 1800s and is located in Shaler Park. Take a few days out of your year to experience all that Waupun has to offer, and while you're planning your trip don't forget to book a room at a nearby Waupun bed and breakfast or a Waupun inn.
