Introduction

The Pembrooke Inn was built in 1886 for Mr. Wolter, the owner of the Major Shipyard in Sturgeon Bay. Built as a family home, it has large elegant rooms and a fully oak paneled reception area. The house is situated in downtown Sturgeon Bay, within an easy walk to the historic district, antique shops and beaches. From Sturgeon Bay, all of Door County is within an hour's drive. The Pembrooke Inn - Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin Our breakfasts change with the seasons. Our current breakfast menu includes items like:
Scones with fresh fruit
Egg puffs with fresh fruit, yogurt and granola parfait
Baked omelet
Mushroom soufflé
Toasted pecan -pumpkin waffles with an apple-cinnamon topping
French toast with cherries, cream cheese and cherry syrup
Brie-en-croute served with a dried fruit chutney and smoked duck breast
