As you experience the breathtaking view this inn offers, you can understand why the home's original owners, the Caldwells, chose this four acre site to build their Edwardian Mansion in 1908. As the owners of this beautiful estate, Gayle and Mike Hohner welcome you to relax and enjoy the lovely antiques, magnificent grounds, and attention to detail which will make your stay memorable. We are located only minutes to Lake Geneva Wisconsin. |

Breakfast is the second word in Bed & Breakfast and The Hillcrest Inn & Carriage House takes it very seriously. Not only do we serve a great four course breakfast, but we also include "Chocolate In Every Breakfast".

This hands-on experience is intended for the person or couple who may have taken an Aspiring Innkeepers Seminar and now wonder "What comes next?" It is also intended for those who are thinking about Innsitting as a possible career alternative. The purpose of this workshop is to enable participants to experience the realities of Innkeeping.

The Hillcrest Inn & Carriage House is proud to announce the release of our first cookbook. This cookbook includes many recipes from the delicious breakfasts prepared daily at our Bed and Breakfast. Keeping with tradition at The Hillcrest Inn, every breakfast menu includes a bit of chocolate to satisfy the palate. The Chocolate In Every Breakfast Cookbook contains complete breakfast menus including a fruit plate, bread/muffins, entree, and dessert. The menus are separated into different seasons to reflect the differing moods and in-season foods of each. Best of all, the cookbook is in CD format. Simply load the CD into your computer (PC or Mac), browse the menus, and pick your favorite menu to prepare. Either bring your laptop into the kitchen, or print the menu. The intuitive format and layout make it easy for both methods. The price of the cookbook is $15 (+tax and shipping). |
