Croixwood on the St. Croix is the St. Croix River Valley's newest Bed and Breakfast. Located in the scenic town of Osceola, it is a short 40 miles from the Twin Cities. This picturesque setting has no equal. The views are unspoiled and pristine accentuating the scenic beauty of the federally protected scenic St. Croix Riverway.

We are located near the river towns of Stillwater, Taylors Falls, St. Croix Falls, Marine on the St. Croix, Minneapolis/St.Paul and fifty minutes from the Mall of America and the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

Croixwood is located high on the St. Croix River bluff. Croixwood's 1.8 acres of beautiful pine covered grounds includes 185 feet of pristine river frontage. Across from our property is nothing but the beauty of the River Valley. There is no development to spoil the beautiful views from our decks.

Just out the door of our public area family room is the wild and scenic St. Croix River. The St. Croix is the only river in the world protected along its entire length. Relax on our decks and enjoy the beauty of the river from our spectacular site. Both our luxury suites offer their own private decks on the river. These decks have iron tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular views.

Croixwood's suites all offer king beds with 590-600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, down comforters, gas fireplaces, Sanijet two person hydro-therapy tubs, plus a soaking tub in each private bath. Each suite includes a large private river side Brazillian Walnut deck.

Guest Suites

We offer a full breakfast with fresh fruits, a selected main course, fresh squeezed orange juice, and four different selections of Dunn Brothers Coffee. Complimentary award winning cheeses, wine, and hors d'oeuvres are served after check in and complimentary beverages are provided for your enjoyment as well.

Our large public family room features a 65" HDTV with a theatre sound system. We also offer a selection of DVDs and 200 channels of satellite in the family room and in your suite. Our natural wood fireplace in the family room is the perfect setting to enjoy each others company with a romantic CD playing softly on our theatre sound system.
