Our spacious lower level offers English cottage charm, an oak hill view, large living area with couch, loveseat, chair, coffee table, corner Victorian-style fireplace, TV/VCR, pillow-top King bed and private attached Kohler bath. Includes a separate extra large bedroom with two Queen beds. 750 sq ft total area. Additional guests over 3 are $45 each.

Wooded hillside views invite a hand-in-hand stroll, while an inviting Verlo comfort-top King-sized bed, an antique fainting couch, a Victorian-style vanity, roomy sink, decorative ceiling fan, private attached color Kohler shower-tub bath and our luxurious spa robes await you.

A full wall mirror complements the room and a Verlo comfort-top Queen-sized bed. Enjoy a Victorian-style fireplace at the foot of the bed. Room includes a private attached Kohler bath with shower-tub combination. This room provides easy access for guests wishing to avoid stairs.

• We prefer and often require a 2-night minimum on weekends (especially May thru October), during holidays, and during special occasions.
• A 5.5% sales tax is added to prices. We have no room tax or parking fees.
• Extra guests are $45 each. Only the Victorian Cottage Suite can accommodate extra guests.
• Check-in: 4 - 6 PM. Please call if you are going to be late to assure someone will be home when you arrive.
• Check-out: By 11 AM
• 50% of rental (minimum 1-night charge) is due by cash, check, money order, traveler check, MasterCard or Visa when your rental is made.
• The balance is due at the end of your stay or rental agreement.
• You are responsible for the entire amount of your rental agreement.
• All payments are guaranteed by MasterCard or Visa or Discover.
• Refunds only apply if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date or if your room rental date(s) are re-rented.
• If you are part of a group rental, a 30-day advance notice is required.
• A $30 per room cancellation fee applies.
• The fee may be waived by us if you accept a 100% refund by a Cameo Rose Gift Certificate.
• Smoking is not permitted on the Cameo Rose property, except in or near your vehicle in the parking lot.
• Guest children 12 or older are welcome.
