SEASONS
- Winter - December 15 to April 30.
- Summer – May 01 to December 14
EXTRA PERSON CHARGE
- US$45 – Winter, inclusive of breakfast.
- US$35 – Summer, inclusive of breakfast.
- Children sharing room (under 12) US$15 per day.
- Baby Crib available upon request at US$35 per night
DEPOSIT
- 50% required at time of booking, and balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations over 30 days are subject to a 5% penalty fee.
- No shows are subject to 50% of the accommodation total.
- Shortened stays 30 days prior to arrival date is subject to a 25% shortened stay fee based on the period cancelled, less than 30 days, full payment will be forfeited.
