The Quarry is an estate property that reminds one of European graciousness and the American spirit. From a rock quarry that was abandoned 60 years ago, The Quarry has been transformed over the past ten years into a place of extraordinary beauty, where the sculptor and painter, Joseph Kinnebrew, lives, works and exhibits his work. There are beautiful gardens with pathways and water features that remind visitors of places, where gentle, and sometimes audacious, vision is shared with friends and guests. To ensure your privacy The Guesthouse accommodates only one party of guests at a time. We accept reservations for one to four adults, but no pets or children (under age 16).

The Quarry has been featured on national television
and has been the subject of numerous regional and
national media publications. The owner, Joseph Kinnebrew,
is a celebrated international sculptor and painter.

Rates and Policies
  • April 2 to September 30, 2009
  • 1 - 2 people, Monday - Thursday: $275 per night*
  • Special Rate: $165 per night 1 - 4 people*
  • 3 - 4 people, Monday - Thursday $375 per night*
  • Breakfast is not provided during the week.
  • 1 - 2 people, Fri - Sun: $300 per night*
  • 3 - 4 people, Fri - Sun: $400 per night*
  • Special Rate: $210 per night, 1 - 4 people*
  • More than 2 night stays: 10% discount
  • All rates are plus Tax*
  • For the time being we do not accept credit cards. Personal checks are fine.
  • Sales, hotel tax, and rates are subject to change without notice.
  • All reservations must be secured with a 50% deposit (including tax) that is payable when making your reservation.
  • Cancellation: A 3 week cancellation notice is required. If less than the required notice is given we reserve the rigth to charge for any nights we are unable to rebook.
  • Check in: 4 - 6 PM, please advise us if you will arrive after 6 PM.
  • Check out: before 11 AM.
  • Smoking: Outside only and please use the ashtrays. (Guests who smoke inside will be charged a $150 cleaning fee)
  • The amenities of The Guesthouse and The Gardens are available only to our registered guests.
  • We can accommodate privately catered dinner parties for up to 32 guests in The Guesthouse.
  • The Guesthouse may be used for off site meetings and other special events. Please request information.
  • We schedule meetings, weddings and parties at The Quarry. Your inquiries are welcome.
