All of our rooms and suites include private bath, private telephone extension with voicemail and free local calls, 32" LCD HDTV with digital cable (except 50" HDTV in the Master Suite!), DVD/CD player, high speed Internet access, clock radio, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

Rooms, Rates & Policies
  • Our three queen-size rooms (Capitol Hill, Queen Anne Hill, and Volunteer Park) are $139/night based on double occupancy November-March except holidays (low season), and $149/night April-October, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's (high season).
  • The Elliott Bay Suite is $159 low season and $174 high season; the Master Suite is $199 low season and $219 high season.
  • Discounts are sometimes available for stays over 3 days off-season -- please ask about discounts at the time of booking.
  • Additional guests, in rooms that can accomodate them, are $20 per person.
  • In consideration of other guests, please be sure young children are well-behaved, with full-time parental supervision, and are sleeping (or at least quiet) through the night.
  • Rates subject to Washington State sales tax. (Happily, we do not have to charge the additional room tax required of hotels).
  • Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit by cash, check, or credit card equal to one night's stay.
  • Balance is payable upon arrival.
  • Because we do not overbook as hotels do, and last minute changes are costly for us, we require at least seven days' notice in the event of a cancellation to refund your deposit (less a $25 service charge).
  • Check-in time is 3:30 - 6 PM, or by arrangement. Check-out time is 11 AM. We can store bags for afternoon flights.
  • The Shafer Baillie Mansion is smoke-free.
  • We regret we are not able to accomodate pets.
  • Gift certificates are available.
