River Haus in the Pines - Leavenworth, Washington River Haus in the Pines Bed and Breakfast, is a newly constructed, craftsman style home, beautifully situated on the Wenatchee River with seasonal shoreline access. Designed and built to share with our guests, we offer three graciously appointed rooms, a guest living room and dining room, all with awesome river and mountain views. We accommodate adults, no pets, and our entire property is smoke free. The Bavarian Village of Leavenworth is a scenic, one mile walk across the river. Put your feet up in the living room, enjoy the fireplace and relax with a good book or challenging game. We serve breakfast in our guest dining room overlooking the beautiful and ever changing Wenatchee River across from Riverfront Park, The Barn Beach Reserve, and Tumwater Mountain.

Make our home, your home away from home! Come, stay awhile, and enjoy all that Leavenworth has to offer.

Guest Rooms have incredible river and mountain views, private decks, king-size beds, fireplaces, comfortable seating, private baths with generous soaking tubs and shower, warmed tile floors, bath robes and hair dryers. Our guest rooms are complete with television, DVD and CD players. Guests are welcome to use the common refrigerator and microwave, just outside their door, where their favorite morning beverage is served about an hour before breakfast.

Rates and Policies
  • $189-$225 per night depending on the time of year, day of the week, and number of nights you are staying.
  • Two-night minimum stay may apply.
  • Three-night minimum stay may be applicable for festival weekends or holidays.
  • A one night deposit by check or credit card will complete your reservation.
  • A confirmation will be sent by email or post.
  • If you must postpone your visit, reach us by telephone 14 days prior to your intended stay to avoid charges.
  • Allow 30 days for holidays and festivals.
  • If a cancellation is unavoidable, and your reservation is less than 14/30 days away we will attempt to rebook your room, if we are successful, your deposit will be refunded less a processing fee.
