Port Orchard is located southeast of Bremerton on Puget Sound. In 1968, Fathoms and Fun was founded as Port Orchard's annual summer celebration under the guidance of the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce. A quirky, unique and beloved event, the annual Seagull Calling Festival has received notoriety around the country.
