Olympic View Bed & Breakfast Cottage is a private detached cottage vacation rental offering breathtaking panoramic views from every room. Decorated in a contemporary style with soothing Northwest décor, this bright and spacious cottage offers accommodations featuring beautiful hardwood floors, subtle color schemes, and historic seafaring photographs. Enjoy a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area, private bath, comfortable king-size pillow-top bed, and a private deck with outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub. There's only one cottage on the property so you will have full use of the entire private cottage.

The cottage doors open onto the deck where you will enjoy your own private hot tub. (There's no need to share with other guests). The deck features comfortable lounge chairs, table, and umbrella surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. You will enjoy the full cooking kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and all the cookware you may need. The refrigerator is completely stocked with breakfast items, complimentary beverages, and more. A gas barbecue is provided just in case you would like bring back some fresh Northwest seafood from Pike's Place Market and have a quiet dinner at home in your cottage.

Dining Area

The living area includes two leather lounge chairs, queen pull-out sofa sleeper, cable TV (with a swivel stand so you can watch television from the living room or bedroom), stereo with CD player, DVD and VCR, and a wide selection of videos. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size pillow-top bed. You'll enjoy a peaceful, wonderful night's sleep in this quiet, cozy cottage. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink and storage for your travel items. Robes are also supplied for your relaxation along with extra gentle handmade olive oil soaps and lotions.

The cottage is ready for business travelers with laptop computers. A private phone line with a voicemail and fax are also available, along with High-Speed Wireless Internet Access. Other amenities include private laundry facilities, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and alarm clock.

You'll enjoy this very private, romantic cottage with all the comforts and amenities of home. Barbecue, lounge on the deck, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waterfall as it cascades over the Koi pond. Come, relax, and enjoy this private Seattle, WA getaway, ideal for a weekend for two or a secluded retreat just for you.

Rates & Policies
  • New Fall Rates For Cottage: $150 - $195 (Inquire about our Fall discount rates).
  • Summer Rates: $195 - $220. May 1 - Aug 31.
  • 2-night minimum stay required: Sept. 1 through May 28.
  • 3-night weekend minimum stay required: May 29 through Sept 2.
  • Special rates for Extended stay. Please inquire.
  • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is anytime before 11 a.m. Special arrangements can be made prior to arrival by phone.
  • Children are welcome; however, please note there is only a partial wall dividing the living area and bedroom. Children over the age of 4 years - there is a $25 charge.
  • Reservations: 50% Deposit required to secure your reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, personal check or cash.
  • Gift Certificates are available.
  • No Smoking inside cottage.
  • No pets.
  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable, less $35 cancellation fee, provided you cancel a minimum of 21 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds on cancellations made less that 21 days prior to your arrival will only be made if the cottage is rented. If the reservation date cannot be filled, 50% of the total days reserved will be forfeited, plus $35 processing fee. "NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of the entire amount due.
