Mukilteo is located in the western edge of Snohomish County and is on the shore of the Puget Sound. The annual Lighthouse Festival is held in Mukilteo in early September and features a parade, children's activities, and a juried art show. The annual Harvest Festival in October celebrates the fall harvest with hayrides, food, and fun for the whole family. The Mukilteo Lighthouse is an operational lighthouse and is open to the public. The Future of Flight museum features history of Boeing jets and allows visitors to design and test their own jets on computer models.
