  • Rates do not include sales tax.
  • Because water is one of our most important natural resources, we ask that you use it responsibly.
  • If you are interested in taking out the rowboat, please check with Darlene first. To use the rowboat, you must agree to sign a Waiver of Liability for all parties that will be out on the boat. Life jackets and information regarding the lake and use of the boat are available.
  • Beverages and fruit will be set out at 8:00 am. A full breakfast will be served from 9:00 - 10:00 am. Arrangements can be made to change times if notified the night before.
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM. If you enter the house during those hours, please be mindful of other guests.
  • Smoking is not allowed on the premises, including the yard or dock.
  • Check-out: 11:00 am.
