This bright, cheery second floor room features a queen-sized bed and white wicker sitting area. There is a pedestal sink and vanity mirror in the room, and a private bath with shower. $125 per night, double occupancy, + tax. ($140 May - Sept.)

The only suite on the second floor, Flicker is spacious enough for a family. It features a queen bed, a twin bed, and a trundle twin hiding beneath the twin. A separate sitting room with a queen-sized futon bed is a great space to watch the TV/DVD. Sleeping space for a total of six guests, plus an infant. The suite has a private bath with a large shower. $150 per night, double occupancy, + tax. ($170 May - Sept.)

Our most luxurious room is the only suite on the ground floor. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The private sitting room provides a great place to watch the TV/DVD. The private bath has a tub/shower combination. $160 per night, double occupancy, + tax ($180 May - Sept.)

This second floor room features a huge king bed with sleigh headboard. The spacious private bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a sink. $140 per night, double occupancy, + tax ($150 May-Sept.)

The Nuthatch Room features mission-style beds, a double bed in the main part of the room, with a twin bed tucked under the eave. There is a pedestal sink and mirror in the bedroom, and a private bath with shower. $115 per night, double occupancy, + tax. ($130 May - Sept.)

• Kangaroo House is a non-smoking facility, both in the inn and on the grounds.
