Introduction

The Husum Riverside Bed and Breakfast resides on the site of the historic Husum Hotel, established in the 1800s. The 100 + year old brick "cold house" is a centerpiece in the middle of the property and adds a flavor of old world, European charm. Stroll the beautiful gardens among hundred year old trees, ponds, fountains, and rest in the exquisite patio garden.

Open year around and available for special events or group tours. We have a full-sized commercial kitchen and can cater events, as well as serve beer and wine. Ask us about packages that include food and lodging.

Each room has a queen-sized bed, private bath, and air conditioning. Three rooms have cable TV and a balcony. The ground floor room is handicapped accessible and has a private outdoor seating area. Prices include our famous, European-style buffet breakfast featuring a wide assortment of breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, European meats and cheeses, gravelox (Alaskan salmon), and more.

How To Find Us: From Portland or Seattle, take I-84 east to Hood River. Take exit 64 to White Salmon/Gov. Camp. Turn left toward the White Salmon toll bridge. Once you cross the bridge you can turn left then take a right on Alt Hwy 141 or you can turn right after the bridge and go through the towns of Bingen and White Salmon. Husum is about 7 miles beyond White Salmon on Hwy 141. We are just below Husum Falls and a favorite launching site for the White Salmon River is across the street.
